After graduating from Baylor University with honors in a degree in design, she worked with architects for 8 years gaining experience in commercial construction and honing in on the technical aspects of design. In 2011, she established Palmer Davis Design in Waco, Texas with her partner Jill. Renae loves making peoples dreams a reality. Her mix of old and new combined with her obsession to detail is a unique combination resulting in a timeless design that has her clients returning again and again. Her genuine love of home and family are reflected in her combination of expertise, integrity, and commitment to enriching the lives of her clients.

Jill is co-founder of Palmer Davis Design based in Waco, Texas. In 2006, Jill received a Bachelor’s of Science in Interior Design from Baylor University. Her love for design began early with parents who were builders, renovators and decorators. Jill’s innate ability to capture simplistic elements in everyday life to incorporate into design makes her truly unique in her field. Her clients appreciate the sense of warmth, comfort and well-being of “home” that Jill creates. Her personal home, which she designed and contracted, was featured on the cover of Wacoan Magazine's “New Home of The Year" in 2015.

JeraLyn’s expertise in organization and project management drew her toward the Interior Design field to provide function to a space while employing a cohesive relationship between the inhabitants and their surroundings. Her design philosophy stems from an awareness of nature and the encouragement of a deeper connection with a space while employing the use of environmentally friendly, sustainable, and economically sourced materials. JeraLyn enjoys the challenge of creating a unique design for each client with an emphasis on light, color, line, and contrast.

Annabelle grew a love for interior design through her drive for creative solutions and individualistic design. She enjoys every opportunity to meet new individuals and build personal connections, and is passionate about inspiring others to discover their design dreams and helping them come to life. Annabelle is originally from rural Nebraska where she grew up on a family farm/ranch operation, and then went on to study five years at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, to receive her Bachelor’s of Science in Interior Design. Her quiet, small town origin impacts her design development with concepts of balance, harmony, and simplicity. Annabelle focuses as much on details and she does the big picture, and strives to design experiential spaces for everyday living that speak for themself.

Presley Cortez

Presley has a passion for design and love to create spaces that will positively influence others through the design process. Design is incredibly important to her as she finds it fascinating how interiors can shape an individual's experience and lifestyle. Presley is originally from Southern California where she grew up showing horses which eventually brought her to Baylor University for five years. Here, she received her Bachelor’s of Family Consumer Sciences in Interior Design and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Growing up in California helps inspire her in design with concepts of line, light and texture.
